Interjet Airlines is a Mexican low-cost carrier, official legal name is ABC Aerolineas, S.A de C.V. The airline operates scheduled flights, and also the third largest airline in Mexico.

In 2005, the airline was found and started its operations. Interjet Airlines has a fleet size of 11 and served 55 destinations domestically and internationally.

Interjet Baggage

• Interjet Airlines allows passengers to carry two pieces of carry-on baggage of 10KG maximum.
• Passengers can carry checked baggage of 30KG. No baggage of passengers must not exceed the dimensions of 120CM.
• Passengers can carry up to 5 additional baggage of each bag maximum weight should be 30KG.

• The baggage allowances differ, based on the destination of the passenger.
• For excess baggage within Mexico, passengers will be charged up to 80MXN per KG; from/to Latin America or the U.S. 8$ per KG; and from/to Canada 8CAD per KG.
• If the baggage of passengers is overweight or oversized will be considered as special baggage and charges will apply based on the destination.
• Passengers can carry up to 7 pieces of special baggage.
• The fares will start from 2,500MXN to 15,100MXN on domestic flights and 130$ to 760$ on international flights for special baggage.
• Passengers need to check-in 1 hour before on domestic flights and 2 hours before on international flights.

• Airport check-in: Passengers can check-in at the airport and proceed to the boarding, passengers need to arrive 2 hours before departure, the ticket counter closes 45 minutes before takeoff.
• Web check-in: Passengers can check-in online/web anywhere and can print the boarding pass, the check-in option available 24 hours to 2 hours before departure on international flights, and 48 hours to 1 hour before on domestic flights.
• Mobile check-in: Passengers can check-in on their devices in the Interjet Airline Mobile app and reach the airport and proceed to the boarding.
